Associate to the Chief of Staff

In this position as the right hand to the Chief of Staff, you will have the chance to contribute to our sustainable mission, building a zero-emission future. You will co-lead the digital transition for our digital organization with high impact. Your activities include:

• Support the digital organization of 200 employees in strategic initiatives and take ownership of strategic resource allocation
• Independently drive business case analyses which include framing, identifying, and analyzing digital opportunities, extracting and communicating actionable insights in a clear, concise way
• Work closely with the finance function to set up and drive strategic analyses that the CDO (Chief Digital Officer) can steer on
• Play a key role driving various aspects of CDO activities, including defining new Ways of Working, preparing presentations.
• Interact with different stakeholders up to board level and the digital leadership team and ensuring their commitment
• Act as an extension of the Chief of Staff in appropriate settings to oversee meetings or activities and escalate when needed.

You are detail-oriented as well as able to work across multiple stakeholder contexts effectively to drive insights and recommendations. You combine an entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical skills. In this strategic roleyou will also combine focus and flexibility. Furthermore you have:

• 3+ years in consultancy,  investment banking, accounting (@ the Big Four) or similar, ideally in combination with experience in a growth/start-up environment 
• Master’s degree in economics/business or computer science/engineering, PhD is a plus 
• Demonstrated strong record of problem-solving and analytical skills in challenging situations
• Excellent quantitative modelling skills is a must
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Experience in stakeholder management with exposure to senior partners
• Hands-on experience with strategic projects in a complex stakeholder landscape

• Participate in engagements with senior stakeholders 
• Provide administrative, financial, and operational support to the CDO 
• Lead the preparation process for various analyses and presentations 
• Build strong relationships with other departments to support cross-functional partnerships.
