The Chapter Lead will be a strategic leader of one of the Digital domains within Eneco: Backend, Online (Frontend and Mobile), QA & Testing or Customer (B2B platforms). You will build an engineering vision, culture and strategic plan for your Chapter. You will be a sparring partner to Architects, Principal Engineers and Product Chapter Leads, your strong engineering background will allow you to challenge stakeholders and set realistic yet ambitious goals for your Chapter. You will promote craftsmanship and ownership and always strive for excellence to Drive the Change, Make Each Other Successful and Deliver the Plan.
Strong Engineering background in one of the domains: Backend, Frontend and Mobile Apps, QA & testing or B2B Platforms,
Strong experience leading engineering teams gained from fast moving and technology driven companies,
Excellent experience working in a complex environment and supporting strategic technical decisions,
Demonstrable experinece building an engineering culture and vision,
People management experience for both highly skilled technical individual contributors and other people managers,
Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Promoting the engineering culture within the chapter with focus on knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
Co-developing the vision on the future technology stack and supporting the platform choices within the scope of the chapter
Acting as sparring partner with other Engineering and Product counter parts
Leading the Digital Chapter, direct management of Team Leads and Principal Engineers
Strategic workforce planning and sourcing strategies for the chapter
