What you’ll do

As an Engineering Manager Reporting/Analytics, you'll play a crucial role in leading our talented engineering team to success. The team is composed of Snowflake engineers and SAP Reporting/Analytics experts that collaborate closely. You'll oversee the development lifecycle and ensure that our projects are delivered on-time and within scope. Is this about you?

You're a natural leader with a passion for engineering and technology. You're excited about working with a team to build innovative products and solutions. 

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
Proven experience in leading engineering teams, 3-5 years. 
Strong technical background in SAP Reporting (SAP SAC, SAP Datasphere, CDS-views, Snowflake) development.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
Enthusiastic about mentoring and developing team members.

You’ll be responsible for

Overseeing the Reporting/Analytics engineering team’s daily operations, ensuring alignment with project goals and deadlines. 
Collaborating with product managers and other stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives. 
Managing project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery. 
Leading the adoption of best practices in Reporting/Analytics development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation. 
Facilitating continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

What we have to offer

Gross annual salary between €95.000 and €145.000

Including FlexBudget, 8% holiday allowance, and depending on your role a bonus or collective profit sharing.
