You will work in our O&M base in IJmuiden, support the WTG asset manager with improving the performance and costs of the wind turbines while maintaining an acceptable risk profile. The first period will be used to getting to know Eneco, familiarise with technology and follow the GWO safety training courses. Your focus will be daily operations to ensure maintenance is executed in a safe and efficient way resulting in high availability of the windfarms. It includes reviewing of new alarms and malfunctions of the wind turbines and initiatives to improve WTG reliability. You will visit the windfarm offshore for safety walks, quality inspections of regular maintenance and take part in major component exchanges.

The operations team is based in our office in the port of IJmuiden with a wonderful view over the North Sea. The Eneco Wind Operations Offshore (EWOO) department consists of dedicated WTG teams, a central Balance of Plant team, asset analysts, HSE and ecology specialists. You will report to the operations manager also based in IJmuiden. Our specialists are located at Eneco HQ in Rotterdam and the Borssele windfarms are managed from our office in Ostend . Eneco has introduced a new office policy: 40% of the week at the office, 40% working from home and 20% flexible.
