What you’ll do
As (Sr) P2P Excellence Officer you are responsible for:
Supplier Enablement - coordinating supplier data collection, providing SAP Ariba with all data reasonably required by SAP Ariba; participating in and supporting supplier training webinars/summits as well as regular enablement project status calls
Catalog Enablement - Communicate and educate suppliers on catalog requirements and catalog content they must provide; Test catalogs with suppliers to ensure successful implementation; Ensure suppliers provide correct catalog content in correct format
Supplier Master Data Management - Process internal registration of New Supplier Requests; Validation of submitted registration data submitted by suppliers; Process changes in supplier master data
Contract Operationalisation support - Operationalising contracts in Ariba (Guided) Buying in close collaboration with Buyers from the different Procurement teams
Functional support of end-users - includes answering questions from users in creating and processing Purchase Requests, status of New Supplier Requests, etc.; Training of end-users across the Procure-to-Invoice process; Procurement mailbox and phone call handling and processing
SAP EnableNow for Procure-to-invoice - Develop and maintain manuals, work instructions, etc. in SAP EnableNOW
Document management - e.g. archiving, etc.
Is this about you?
You are interested in the digitization of Procurement and ensure that you stay up to date through knowledge gathering and training. You are also proactive, structured, solution-oriented, communicative, customer-oriented and you are a team player who can work well with colleagues and internal stakeholders.
You distinguish yourself by working innovatively, creatively, analytically and you bring knowledge from previous Procure-to-Pay roles. In addition, you ensure support among your colleagues for the new solutions you propose.
Further you bring:
- HBO work & thinking level
- You have an affinity with purchasing processes, systems and data
- Work experience within an international SAP environment
- Relevant work experience as a key user in the Procure-to-Pay processes and systems, ideally SAP Ariba (Guided) Buying
- You can structure and transfer information
- Good command of the Dutch and English language is a must (oral and written), German is a big plus;
- We are also looking for a colleague in Belgium. For the P2P Excellence Officer based in Mechelen (BE) speaking French is also a must
This is where you’ll work
The Procurement department is responsible for the entire procurement within all Eneco companies, and is organized in three Procurement teams: Professional Services, Heat & IT and Solar, Wind & RES.
The Procurement Excellence team focuses on the development, implementation, evaluation and adoption of processes, governance & organization, capabilities, digitization and data & analytics in order to ensure the procurement function meets its commitments to the organization.
The (Sr) P2P Excellence Officer function is part of the Procurement Excellence team.
