The Technology and Data functions are delivered from a central unit: Data & Technology Services (DTS). Together with the various (international) business departments of Eneco Group, we work hard to find the right solutions and offerings to best support the energy transition and thus achieve our goals.

As a DevOps Engineer Integration within the Enabling Platforms department, you will help transform Eneco to be successful in the energy transition. You are an Integration expert and, from your role in the Eneco Integration team, you know how to convert people to the new world through your extensive knowledge and experience.

You naturally interact with IT and Business teams doing Integration and, from content, move these teams towards the robust new solutions agreed with architecture.

The DevOps Engineer Integration:

has good communication skills (Dutch as well as English) in order to describe complex situations in an understandable way.
is technically skilled and helps build integration solutions in Apigee Edge and Kafka.
can advise on solutions that fit within Eneco's integration architecture.

And possesses:

At least 4 years' experience in similar roles
Knowledge of and experience with Agile working methods (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)
Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
Mastery of the English language, both written and oral

Knowledge of:

Kafka
RESTful APIs, Swagger/Open API specs, Apigee Edge
Azure DevOps (Git, pipelines)
Pre: IAM: Azure Active Directory and Okta
Pre: knowledge of other integration solutions such as Azure Integration Services
You are able to act decisively and proactively, make choices and substantiate them.
You are result-oriented and committed to bringing the project to a successful conclusion.
You work independently and coordinate/collaborate well
You have a down-to-earth open-minded 'hands-on' mentality.
