Senior Product Designer

You will work in a multidisciplinary team with developers, analysts, Visual and UX designers. You are involved in designing a distinctive and pleasant user experience on our websites or apps. Research and validation at our customers play a major role in this, because sustainable improvements can only be achieved by putting themselves under the skin of users. At Eneco, we want to help the Netherlands make the switch. You contribute to this by using your ideas to further optimize the digital dialogue with our customers.

You understand the dynamics that a changing organization entails and you move easily in a new environment. You have guts, energy and a positive attitude. You are goal-oriented and you know how to get people on board.

• Completed HBO/WO education in Interaction Design, Industrial Design or Psychology
• At least 5-7 years of experience as a UX designer in a similar working environment
• Experience with customer journeys, customer experience maps, personas, service design
• Experience with user interface design, drawing up requirements, scoping, tools and concept development for increasing UX
• Good knowledge of processes, methods, structures and cultures within business and IT organizations
• Familiar with rich palette of software packages such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Sketch, Figma etc.

• Designing and optimizing the best user experience within various multi-label environments (Eneco, Oxxio and Woonenergie) in close collaboration with the team's Visual Designer
• Researching and translating customer needs into new services, flows or functionalities that are in line with Eneco's digital strategy;
• Inventory of business wishes and translation into clear and innovative concepts;
• Further developing the digital strategy and ensuring consistency across channels;
• Initiating and supervising user research; concept tests, usability scans and design prints.
• Presenting visions, ideas and designs in a convincing way to your design colleagues and other stakeholders
• Securing and keeping the Design System up to date
• Continually pursue accessibility as part of design.
