What you’ll do

As a Senior Customer Insights Developer, you will develop complex solutions on Microsoft’s Customer Insights Platform. You will be the tech lead for everything Customer Insights-related within the Digital Organization and will drive technical solution designs. In this role you will spend half of your time developing while mentoring and coaching junior developers and designing technical solutions will be the other half. 

Is this about you?

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as Customer Insights Developer gained from a fast moving, technology driven, complex organization 

  • Strong technical background on the MS Dynamics platform, including .NET, Power Platform, Azure (Queues, APIM, KeyVault, FunctionApps, etc.) 

  • Very comfortable building integrations and configurations on MS Power Platform, strong API experience adhering to guidelines and best practices as prescribed by Solution Architect 

  • In-depth knowledge of and hands-on implementation experience with MS Customer Insights, including Customer Insights Data and Journeys with a big plus for hands-on experience with Sales and Service 

  • Excellent problem-solving and mentoring skills 

  • Strong communication skills in English, Dutch will be an advantage 

You’ll be responsible for

  • Hands-on development and active participation in projects as Senior Dynamics Developer
  • Guiding, mentoring, providing technical advice and support to other Developers
  • Lead and deliver technical solution designs for Microsoft Customer Insights feature requests 

This is where you’ll work

The Dynamics & CPQ team currently consists of 5 internal members, including two configurators and three solution consultants as well as another 15 external members. 

The primary challenge for the team is to facilitate the growth of our digital product families by providing strong CRM and CPQ capabilities. Our mission aligns with our commitment to the environment and sustainability, as outlined in Eneco’s “One Planet” plan. The Dynamics & CPQ team is particularly involved in facilitating new propositions and an excellent customer experience, enabling our customers to transition to renewable energy sources while reducing their carbon footprint.

What we have to offer

Gross annual salary between €65.000 and €100.000

Including 8% holiday allowance, a good pension and parental leave.
