Senior Product Manager - Sustainably Living Team

As a Senior Product Manager we would like you to join our Sustainable Living Product Family, to help us accelerate the adoption of sustainable energy products like Heat pumps, Smart Boilers and Solar Panels. Thousands of Dutch households seek the help of Eneco to install these green energy products at their homes to reduce their energy bills and their carbon footprint. Eneco also provides monitoring and maintenance services to these products. This is a complex service and operation that requires a lot of technology to make it happen. You will partner with colleagues from tech, design, data, marketing, sales, field operations to streamline our internal processes and improve the experience of our customers.

• 3+ years of experience as a product manager  

• Strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving 

• Data-driven decision making  

• Strong verbal and written communication 

• Stakeholder management and influence skills  

• Develop the vision and product roadmap for improving our maintenance service utilizing data, tech, and design  

• Create strong alignment with the different stakeholders that are involved in delivering this service to customers (marketing, sales, field operations) 

• Act as a mentor and partner to less senior product managers  

• Utilise qualitative and quantitative data to validate impact and uncover new opportunties 

• Co-define the right OKRs and own executing and delivering towards them

The Sustainable Living product family is a cross functional team working towards a shared mission. We utilize data to define our direction, and we measure our impact through quarterly OKRs. We collaborate on understanding our customers problems and define small steps to validate our solutions and progress towards the desired impact.
